Ed Sheeran's Galway Girl tattoo was mispelled by Saoirse Ronan

Ed Sheeran has marked the release of his modern-day hit Galway Girl with a new tattoo of the song's name.

But sadly for him, it is been ruined with the aid of Saoirse Ronan after she misspelled the word 'girl' as 'grill'. Uh oh.

The 23-yr-antique Irish actress appears inside the music video for the song ? Shot in Galway this week ? And has been left as a substitute pink-confronted at her spelling competencies.

Ed discovered the gaffe at his gig in Glasgow on Sunday as he embarks on the UK leg of his tour, pronouncing (thru The Sun): "When we had been filming it I intended to get a tattoo of her handwriting pronouncing Galway Girl from her factor of view.

"It sincerely says Galway Grill. G-R-I-L-L. She definitely took the piss out of me ? Complete on."

He introduced: "I haven't truly told every body that but.

"I'm absolutely quite proud of her. It's the kind of aspect I could do."

It's an addition to the greater-than-60 tattoos Ed already has, with plenty referring to milestones and occasions in his career.
